Yamon Figurs our hidden weapon?
As we begin looking at the draft for this year I though I would take a look at some of the draft picks from last year. One in particular I don’t see a lot of people talk about is Yamon Figurs. I mean I have accepted the fact that Troy Smith will probably join the ranks of Heisman back up quarterbacks, but there has not been much talk about Yamon Figurs Baltimore Ravens Number 16. I can tell you from personal experience that this guy is one of the most fluid punt and kick returners I have seen in a long time. He was the only bright spot on the game I witnessed when we played the Colts last year. The guy is crazy fast with vision and a fluid change in direction. If we can find a way to get him the ball more often (like in the passing game) I am sure we will see more highlight reels like this one.
